Protect learners from the first step.
Only authorised institution representatives should submit service requirements. Do not place student lists, grades, identity documents, safeguarding cases, medical records, passwords or API keys in the request’s free-text fields. Use controlled document references and an agreed data-handling process.
Confirm age-related settings, consent or other applicable authority, child safeguards and retention requirements with the institution’s responsible personnel before selecting tools or sharing records. A domain name alone does not prove institutional recognition.
